The founders of Q2, through their broad industry experience, established a need for a number of change management and project management services. These services aim to match an organisation's business requirements with appropriate technology and processes, resulting in the delivery of effective business solutions.

Q2 was set up specifically to develop and deliver these services, working where necessary, in partnership with other specialist organisations to ensure the highest quality standards and seamless management of change for the customer.
