Business Case Generation

The business case is generated to gain project approval and secure appropriate funding and senior management sponsorship.

The business case is formed from the information analysed during the feasibility stage and identifies:

  • why the change is required
  • advantages of change (e.g. increase in workload ability, cost or time savings)
  • who will be affected by the change
  • what and who will be involved in making the change
  • detailed costs involved.

Q2 will also provide a presentation of the business case so that senior management and other stakeholders are fully aware of the envisaged business benefits and can sponsor and support their achievement throughout the life of the project.
