  • Develop the programme of work and methodologies needed to meet business objectives and required benefits.
  • Establish and manage the Programme Management Office.
  • Produce detailed Feasibility and Business Case assessments for individual projects/initiatives.
  • Select solutions and suppliers using formal procurement methods.
  • Redesign improved business processes.
  • Facilitate the implementation of process, people, systems and organisational change.
  • Identify and select analysis and management tools to increase productivity and to assist with managing the Change Programme.
  • Provide individual mentoring and support to BPR analysts, project managers and client project teams.
