In December 2006, Q2 were successful in their tender to Walsall Metropolitan Borough Council to project manage the procurement and implementation of an Electronic Document and Records Management (EDRM) system for their Revenues and Benefits Service. The absolute deadline for live implementation in Benefits (Phase 1) was 31st March 2007 in order that the Council could qualify for DWP funding.
