Based on this experience and significant customer demand Q2 has develop a personalised Transformation Support Service. This service provides rapid access to Q2’s change specialists who will share their relevant experience with you, provide practical advice and guidance surrounding your particular transformation issues and support other related work such as reviewing plans, business cases, process changes, etc.

This service is applicable to anyone responsible for delivering transformation or change within their organisation/department and covers advice on the full range of transformation issues including

  • Preparing the organisation for change (whole organisation or specific services/departments)
  • Changing the culture
  • Options appraisal and business case generation
  • Procurement and negotiation of contracts
  • Issue resolution helping you to challenge others (internal or external)
  • Implementation advice and guidance regarding the management of projects and their methodologies
  • Ensuring the realisation of the identified business benefits
  • Management of suppliers and/or contracts (e.g. outsourced services).

The key features of the service are as follows:

Initial meeting - this is used in conjunction with a questionnaire to help us understand your plans for change, your organisation & environment and your transformational change related problems/issues to allow us to provide appropriate advice and support.

Telephone and email support – for any matter related to transformation, change and/or project management. This service is subject to a fair use policy and is tied to a named individual. The type of support available includes:

  • Discussing your ideas, issues and challenges with your Q2 change management specialist
  • Receiving advice on specific projects
  • Suggestions on the options available to resolve specific issues/problems
  • High level review of related documents including plans, business cases, process maps, etc.
  • Access to various templates

Quarterly half day on-site visit - to discuss specific issues regarding upcoming, current and past projects as appropriate. Any time left over can be used as you wish (e.g. to review documents, review processes, carry out research, etc.).

Flexible cost effective resourcing – which gives you access to purchase additional time, by the hour, for work not covered by the inclusive support.

Q2 are offering a one month free trial (including the initial half day review) with no obligation to continue after the first month, we do not ask you to provide any bank details.
